This gentleman is also practicing wushu, what seems to be a traditional lineage of shaolin wushu. All forms of chinese martial arts are defined by the term "wushu" (lit. martial methods).
Then, there is the modern competitive wushu that has been developed as an elite performance sport, which is what you may have seen on other videos.
hi,wushu is more the sports form.nothing wrong about that but this is the more the practical side of kungfu.not showing but doing.you can see clear the movements what its ment for and wushu you will see more beautiful movements without the selfdefence in it.
Yes this is very impressive. It indeed is established as a legitimate Chinese martial art. I think the competitive wushu came to look as it does due to a certain manner which some prominent health and sport oriented martial arts schools ended up teaching, and cha quan influence as well. I did some of those shaolin movements and my hands are boiling...
For me Wugulun is the style. ChanWuYi!

This is very good. Soft, alligned and his elbows are on the inside. I'm impressed at seeing real shoalin and not the wushu.
