If you're not anabolic forget about good muscle gains. Your logic says that if i eat cheetos and soda and work out a lot I will be super healthy and fit. WQW. Even on a BAD DIET you still get all of the nutrients needed to build muscle and be in great shape. Not "cheetos and soda". Who eats just that? This is a FACT, Rico. Believe it or not. If I ate like crap and worked out like a MADMAN I could be in better shape than you on your ridiculous, crazy diet! I feel sorry that people have purchased your book.

  • @TheAtomicDon it's approximately 80% nutrition, you say BAD diet gives you GOOD nutrients ...then what would be the point in having a good diet? seriously bro, look at any enthusiast such as rico (hero) mike chang from sixpack shortcuts and rj riches, scott herman fitness, scooby etc. all these guys will set you straight nutritionally. even people who use roids to enhance gains will still tell you that it is 80% nutrition. take ronnie coleman for example, roids but great diet!
