This is a video of my San Dan demonstration at the Aikido West dojo in February 1987. Thank you, uchideshi, for posting it. And thank you, Pat, for assisting me. And a big thank you to my teacher, Frank Doran Shihan for your support. The "theme" for my demonstration was to show that there is no difference between nage and uke in aikido training. You are learning aikido in both roles, throwing and falling, giving and receiving. See you on the mat.

This is pretty vintage - filmed in the old Aikido West "big mat" space next door to the current dojo - so this has to have been shot sometime in the 80's.
