  • @FRENETTE708 - though your experience and insights as an experienced soldier are valuable to this discussion, you can NOT use excessive profanity when expressing your views in our comments section. Please rephrase and we will be happy to approve them. Thanks.

  • What language are they speeking?

  • @NiceHeadMr The language spoken in this section of the episode is English.

  • @CanadianArmyNews i have asma thats under control can i still join and i want to join the infantry and is there any beeb test i hop not but is there

  • @ShiverShadow777 All applicants undergo a full medical to ensure they are fit to handle the various physical and mental stresses they could encounter while serving. Your physical capabilities will also be tested in the first week of basic training. For more information on the specific requirements of the fitness test, please visit the CF website, or contact your local recruiting office.

  • @CanadianArmyNews If you decide to quit during the BMQ, are you dishonorably discharged from the CF?

  • @MrPsolara - No. If you quit, you are simply released from the CF.

  • @mmarchmonte88 we have not had a peacekeeping mentality in the military for many years. Some of the Canadian public still seems to think so. The vast majority of us in uniform cringe at the peacekeeping myth and have been training for war. Furthermore, there are plenty in uniform ready to "kick" the hornet's nest.

  • @NiceHeadMr To answer your question.. They are speaking Franglais.

  • @TankMan19441 Do you mean Soldier Qualifications? I would say most likely seeing as it's a relatively large base, but there are courses held at different bases throughout Canada-- I did mine in Aldershot.

  • ive had anxiety my whole life pretty terribly, but i want to join the forces, but honestly, i dont want to let it bother me, i have strong encouragement from family and this is what i have wanted to do my whole life as well as a family tradition to some extent, but i just dont want to be singled out becuase of weird behaviour/looking down due to anxiety, but i can ensure you that i am in the greatest health of my life and work every and and do freerunning, a hobby, but may help me?

  • wow semmed a hella a lot harder when I did it in the 90's. Looks like a cvake walk today. Hell back then they were still man handling you if you had issues. Hell these guys just seem like all they have are issues.

  • I'm hoping to join as a vehicule tech. all those obstacle courses look really fun and I was always good at that. what I'm dreading is the marching drills, those just look annyoing.

  • @TankMan19441 No they are usually done at the reserve unit
