"Analysis of the data indicates that Latter-day Saints who live their lives consistent with their religious beliefs experience greater general well-being and marital and family stability, and less delinquency, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse than those who do not. The church of latter day saints must be living quite comfortably with 10% of so many members earnings. GOD LOVES YOU BUT HE NEEDS YOUR MONEY NOW

@pumlin1 Ironically, I have secular academic sources, to show that you are mistaken on what you intend to say.
It's True that members pay 10%, but that money goes to the building of chapels, and other stuff.
No one in the church get's rich because of tithing money.
There is no professional clergy at the LDS church.

@TheSkepticChristian thats fair enough. I was under the impression that mormons were told that if they do not pay money then they have no path to heaven. If all of the money is spent on building churches and missions etc then there is no problem

@pumlin1 But Mormons can still reach heaven without paying tithin.
But receive more blessings when they do obey the commandment.
