  • are these all the original members?

  • @BandOnTheRun87 Not all four of the originals, but there are two originals here. Chuck Blasko (on the left) and Hugh Geyer (third from the left, with the beard). I'm glad that Hugh was here as he lends that particular tenor voice that we all know and love.

  • when was this?...craap I missed it...lucky you....

  • I think this was last year 2007. Sucks when even I can't remember for sure, and I was there. But it was a really good show. They performed some other songs that I didn't upload mainly because they were covers of songs that they didn't record. And they were pretty good too. Maybe some day I'll put them up.

  • beautiful.... beautiful.... i love the rendention of this song

  • It sounds like its been awhile since they listened to "black music"

  • why is everyone sitting?? I would've been singing and dancing around! such a great song and a great band!

  • What a song, years ago I called a radio show host asking her for the info on the song or artist. She replied sing few bars, I did and she got it, and told me she would play the song next, but not before she played my rendition live... I will never forget that day or today , to be lucky to be back in love and seeing this video!! Thanks for sharing this memory...

  • @oldvinyldj The song sounds fine to me. Nobody cares what you think.

  • @oldvinyldj I don't know if you are referring to me recording the group here. But if you are let me set the record straight. I am not with the band, did not know the band members or crew members. And this was on the spur of the moment. I didn't know they were performing at the park that day. And since not knowing them I couldn't very well go asking to plug into their mixing console. I'm just glad they let me record it in the first place.

  • They are a VERY GREAT BAND in person. Gotta see them

  • If you're good, all you need is good live musicians. Frankly I'm sick of recording with the mixing consoles. The hourly price is across the board and I'd rather pay live musicians.
