This is appalling, Firstly I do not appreciate you hijacking my humerous video to use as propaganda. Secondly, I agree with binton, this has no evidence. Your facts are not straight and there's no substance to your claim.

This video does not support your claims- there is absolutely no photographic evidence. Certainly in Cambridge I know this not to be the case- everyone is entered into a ballot randomly and given a free choice as to which room they have (caucasians and non-caucasians alike). I obviously cannot comment on other universities other than to say that most require you to find your own accommodation after the first year.
