I've owned the legit pair and tried the fake pair. I find the fakes have a little echo from the plastic body where the sound isn't quite as well dampened from the shell and the earpieces are not quite so soft. For the price they are comparable to skullcandy stuff imo and acceptable for listening at home but I personally wouldn't like to use them in a club.

they are fakes, do not buy them! sorry mate but ur kidding yourself, you say they are the same sound quality, have you compared the sound yourself? you can tell they are fake because on the jack lead the rings on it are black and not green
