@CookieMonster9898 Yes, but not very often. Most of the segments where people died were incidents with multiple victims where one person died and the other person(s) survived.

it is so easy to say ' its his fault' or ' its her fault' b/c we always want someone to blame. But when it comes down to it, who knew that leaving the door open can cause such an accident. The boy was just a kid, he went to the bathroom and didn't close the door, what are you going to do condemn him for it? Did the boy know there was bleach? Was he told to close the door? It was not his fault. The boy is not stupid, he was just a kid, he didn't know any better b/c nobody told him anything.
