They have this same exact dock except with the audio in and out feature. but they don't have both in the same one.

Portable Sound Dock with 2 battery's and a carrying case. It was money well spent. Mines has a jack in the back to play any player that takes a 3.5MM cable. I deal with Bose because their Customer Service is awesome. I've had problems with my headphones and they sent me a new pair after the warranty ran out.
