Just to get this sorted out once for all, due to the comments. It's not a documentary but its Keikos story told from my point of view. This is how I truely think he would have felt it, his story seen from MY eyes and heart.

As a kid I was very fasinated by ocean animals, and orcas the most. And ofcourse my favorite orca was Keiko. So this is a tribute to the orca I loved so much :]

  • oh! man I don´t cry. but when I saw this video I remembered when I watched free willy and I cried a lot.

  • I loved him! And i cried watching this! I grew up with keiko in a way, i was always watching free willy. But i think he made many good friends while being in captivity! These were the cast of free willy (the one who played jesse especially) and his fans. But he did in the end find his family. He spent 2 good and happy years with them and his son and daughter. I love kieko!! Thank you for making this video for him though, bevause this might make people see you shouldnt take wild animals from the

  • I use to love seaworld but then I thought of how I would felt:(

  • I remember reading about when Keiko died and I was sad but watching this video has made me cry.I'm so glad I don't support Sea World.Im totally against whales been taken from their natural habitat.

  • this is exactly how i feel. i remember watching all the free willy movies and goin to actual see him in person, i had gone several times. even though i was young, when i heard they were releasing him i said that they were crazy he had been in captivity for to long and orca don't accept outsiders very well or often. If he had not of been freed he would have lived sadly its a lose, lose situation. Your life for your freedom or your freedom for your life...

  • @melody181716 i got to meet keiko when i was about your age, it was a moment i will never forget. I grew to love the ocean even more, and i am now close to completing my degree in marine biology. But there is sometihng you should learn now, whales are so much like humas. They have close families, and should remain with them... in the ocean. They don't beling in captivity, and the best way to keep them free is by not visiting places like sea world.

  • Thank you for reminding the world that animals dont belong in captivity... when i was lucky to have met him at reyno aventura, when you meet an animal of that capacity you cant help but to grow a bond... it is important that people realize that their home and their family is in the ocean... thank you for this video
