Beach in Santa Monica and DMZ-ZS3 HD test

Taken at full zoom. (This was a lifeguard drill - not an actual emergency.)

This video was taken with a Panasonic DMC-ZS3 in AVCHD format. (1280x720). The file created by the ZS3 is an .mts, which YouTube will accept; however, converting to .mp4 (H.264) cuts the file size significantly, making it much easier to upload. This .mts was converted to .mp4 with Handbrake.

I just picked up the DMC ZS3, it is a great point and shoot digicam. The video quality is above all and on top of all of that apple just became compatible with the HD recording format.
