@greggh Thanks for clearing that up but...isn't the mayor the top cop? While it's questionable whether a mayor can legally be a counsel member, it's generally understood that under most city charters, the mayor has the power of general supervision of all officers of the municipality and see that all laws and ordinances are enforced. The only exception to that rule would be if these were sheriff's deputies. And even that is questionable in certain circumstances. To me this is very questionable.

Just another example of a bunch of cowards who are to chicken shit, lazy, and uninspired to fight for their rights as long as they have their Monday night football. Instead they just sit their like the low life they are while someone who does care enough to stand up to them gets arrested. To me they're no better than someone who sees a murder and don't care enough to even call the cops.
