I'm kinda confused. The Pioneer website doesn't recognize Sweetwater as an authorized dealer. Why would the director of product planning for Pioneer Pro DJ do a video for Sweetwater, being that they are not authorized to sell Pioneer merchandise? I would really like to know if the Pioneer website is wrong or if this video is.

@K1LLGANNON Hey there. We're definitely an authorized Pioneer dealer. You can find us by doing a search on the Pioneer site, no problem. There may be other ways to find us on there, but if you plug our zip code (46818) into the Dealer Search, we'll come up.

@SweetwaterSound Thank you for your prompt reply but that only authorizes your brick and mortar store. I just want to make sure the i'm getting all the warranty protection that sam ash and guitar center offer, while ordering from Sweetwater. (which I think is an amazing company) Tell Ben Porter he was awesome as my sales engineer. He called right after i placed the order online just to see if there was anything else he could do for me. I'll post a short video response soon.

@IAppleJ well I own cdj 400 x2 atm and I m a really fan of a pioneer equipment.. I just dont like the way dj-ing is going ..Im just old school I strarted to work on a turtables (vinyl ) ... this is just (dj ing today) too easy ... its just an opinion... wish U all the best in 2012 :)

very nice peice of kit...but.. but... nothing like the vinyl ....the feeling you have under you fingers.... djing gonne to much digtital... why dont just put in a beat sync so my mother can be a dj :D
