@562bitchkilla,(sigh) I didn't 'fail' because I wasn't actually 'trying'. Sitting up in the bus at night and exploring cities all day with a heavy backpack 'kept' me awake! I would have slept if I could have. But if you subtract 2 from 14 you still get 12 days…
The odd thing was that it wasn't even hard after the first few days: I just settled into a 'wired' state (no drugs, not even coffee) and I felt alert and fine, if a bit hyper, and I wasn't even sleepy at the end.
