The cops sure are not bragging about the training here. Tasers need to be banned or only used on people with knives or some blunt object that is a weapon and not use an excuse like a stapler like in this case. Shame on the RCMP on this one. Absolute poor judgement and over use of force. You should be held to account and it is sad but if this video wasn't made it would be another dead guy by police brutality swept under the rug. SAY NO POLICE STATE IN NORTH AMERICA!

I know this is old but bulldogger just posted the fact the RCMP's were charged with perjury. Naturally, I had to see what led to this situation. Holy smacks, it took the coppers all of 36 seconds from the time they walk into frame, to taze this fellow. Even less time from initial contact with Robert. Seriously, 4 strapping young men can't subdue one person, without gadgets? Grow a pair, boys!
