Celcom Broadband Prepaid - 384kbps ( Speed Test ) + Sony Ericsson P1i USB Modem

19 Oct 09, Celcom Broadband Prepaid 384kbps Sim Card bought from Celcom Malacca Branch ( Taman Melaka Raya ).

this is the pure 3G data transfer Sim Card, it cannot use to make call, or send and received SMS ( only for celcom activated, select plans, confirm, status, balance, reload sms are allowed )

insert sim card into sony ericsson p1i mobile phone, sms to activate the sim card, sms to select the daily unlimited plan ( 24 hours ) or weekly unlimited plan ( 1 week ), sms to confirm, received confirmation sms from celcom.

connect the mobile phone to laptop ( Acer 4937G-872G32MN, Windows Vista SP2 ), launch PC Suite for Sony Ericsson, click Mobile Networking Wizard, click next ... next ... next ... till finish setup.

click connect button from mobile networking wizard menu, wait for about 15 seconds, the bottom right corner icon showed internet was connected, click web button from menu, start surfing internet.

this is the test run, speed test from www.dslreports.com/speedtest, www.ip-adress/speedtest and www.speedtest.net, also test to watching youtube movie.

the 3G signal connection and transfer was very stable, connected from 2am till 6am without any disconnected, slow down or signal lost problem.

@bob10308 I agree with you, honestly, this is truth, as a Celcom customer, I report about their SMS system to activeted 3G Broadband Prepaid Service was down from 5 Dec 10, until today 9 Dec 10 still cannot recover back.

they always said they are the malaysia number 1 broadband service provided, I think I cannot agree that, I always said that they should more honestly for the advertisement ad.

celom penipu...nak mampos agaknye celcom ni ....celcom makan duti haram...pekerja dia tidur bodoh...kat negara asia lain cam jepun dah maju laju giler dah....celcom gak lembat cam siput..ngapusi wong ae...
