put this men to work at a construction site, digging tranches, moving bags of cement etc. then it would be great for economy too ))

@Timothyg85 pretty harsh joke... "...we kicked the soviet's ass..." but whatever.

@patrikas2 dude, it was a joke. lighten up. obviously america wouldnt exist if it were not for immigrants. i completely understand the olympic lifts are mastered in countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, etc...I get all that. I understand their training methods have influenced some of North America's most notable S&C coaches. I get all of that. Its just a joke man.

@Timothyg85 just like there are chinese and mexican restaurants, who bring parts of their culture here, these people want to share their knowledge of soviet style training in america. i still don't understand why you have to bring up these things, and poke fun at a nation.

@patrikas2 well, the gym is in America, we are capitalists, we are a free republic, we are a free country. just curious why these guys would name it Soviet Force when they havent won anything meaningful on the world stage in a very long time.

@Timothyg85 what does that have to do with getting stronger?
There is no such thing as permanent strength gains, if you don't work out anymore your body will get weaker. You will how ever have a much easier time getting back to the 70 lbs kettlebell than compared to when you started at the 25 lbs kettlebell.
But why do you want to stop training after you reach 70 lbs? Make training a part of your life!

Flipping tyres, The worlds supply of kettlebells. This is what gyms should be like not the faggot lycra clad gyms in most towns. We need more gyms like this one. A++++++
