Agents and Brokers are using a number of syndication services today. So sometimes we at Zillow can get the same listing from multiple sources. For example, a national brand may send listings on behalf of their agents, agents may be using a syndication service like Listhub or Postlets, and the agent may manually upload the listing to Zillow herself.
Of course, ideally we only want the listing on the site once. Watch this video to understand how Zillow handles sourcing data when we recieving from multiple sources.
