I am honestly suprised ANYONE is still a creationist. The world is clearly shown to be more then 6,000 years old. And how can light from distant galaxies reach us in only that time? And why do the continents happen to look like a jig-saw puzzle? And why doesn't the bible mention dinosaurs and prehistoric life? Creation is false. Period.

Interesting. I did not know some people claim to have seen M81 with the naked eye.

I can't even see Andromeda without binoculars. The furthest object my naked eyes can see is the LMC.

I don't think I'm the only one who believes this. But hey maybe I am and others just prefer their more radical positions. One way or the other. No middle ground huh? But, from Big bang, and nebulae(sp?) to exploding stars and pulsars, magnetrons, black holes, damn just the size of the universe, it's not that hard to make at least me think "That's the work of God." Keeping in mind what I said before. Should we take the words on the bible literally?I don't think they were meant to be taken that way.Creationists say all scientist are atheist and nothing of what they discover about the universe can't be true because it's not like that in the bible.What they have discovered is actually a good reason to believe. The universe is huge beyond comprehension and the amazing things happen in it can make you think:"There MUST be something out there making this happen.

One thing that a lot of people fail to see it's that God is NOT the bible. Personally, I believe in God. Do I believe in a book written hundreds of years after the events it talks about, by people who weren't there? Written by the way in a time when most of these stories were pass down by word of mouth. Even if the story remained intact by the time it was written it depicted events that were beyond the kind of understanding people at the time had. -to be continued in the next post....

Unless you can demonstrate a process by which mass can be created in a vacuum using nothing but what's inside the vacuum. The amount of water and rock on earth will be the same for an infinite amount of time unless it didn't come from here. If you can't prove the process by which a rock can be completely eliminated from existence. The rock will never cease to exist and it never didn't exist.
