It does look like it sometimes, depending on the song I guess. But that's cool how he does that. Weird Al is pretty cool!

If you watch some of her videos, it looks like that she is doing a lipsync instead of singing her own songs, some of the artists do that, except for Weird Al, he sings his own songs.

When he records the ones that he is going to do, he does those but when he is live, like in concert, there is no lip sync at all, he sings his own stuff, if that makes any sence

I don't think she usually does lip sync. I've listened to her live performances verses her recorded ones, and they do sound different. Sometimes I even prefer her live ones.
