Chilli SauceTests "Pauley's Chocolate Pain"

Pauley's Chocolate Pain made by my mate Paul Read over in Swansea , Wales.. Paul sent me my Chocolate Bhut seeds ages ago, they grew reallly Well Thanks mate..
This is His sauce made with some of His Choc Bhuts and a few Other Superhots, its not available atm as he still has to set up his Place properly,, BUT it will be made so you can email him to put ya name down for some when made

Ingredients:
Onion
Carrot
Garlic
Chocolate Bhut Jolokia
7 Pot
Chocolate Habanero
Naga Morrich
Black Pepper
Chocolate bell peppers
Cider Vinegar
Mustard Seeds
Salt

How Hot is it ?

heaps nice and can smell the heat when open then a light garlic,, Hot Geez Seriously Hot and a Great flavour and ya can taste the Naga's and 7 Pots as well as the onion and Garlic..

Really Really nice AND Really Really HOT...
Scott had a try and Loves It "one of the hottest sauces ive had" so it is Warm.

i Recommend this hiighly and will get more of this when he sells it, Definatly.

I really LOVE the consistency. Thick, slow-pouring super hot sauces really turn me on, LOL.
