this was stupid it didnt really show any "special effects"....so unless u have "proof" thats it effects and not real i suggest u shut up yes some episodes are a little unbelieveable but not all

Effects like tilted camera angles, rapid cuts, added audio "noise", drum beats, electrical sounds, night vision, breathing sounds added in - yeah, except for those effects you're probably right. It is the fact that they present these added effects as "evidence" that I have a beef with.

Actually, I've had some very strange stuff happen to me. But for most of it, it turns out there was a better explanation than "ghosts" - or at least there wasn't any hard evidence that ghosts did it.  I've had several "night hag" type episodes which scared the crap out of me - but I since learned that this has a mundane explanation. It's still scary - but at least I understand what happened now.

i agree that they use a lot of special effects, but at the end of the day there show is a lot more entertaining then ghost hunters and i like how paranormal state gets me scared or on me feet. Ghost hunters seems boring in comparison, no offense.

I agree. The show is more interesting than Ghost Hunters, and the production values are higher. If the show were just fiction it would be better - but in their effort to "help people" I think the PRS may be doing harm. I'll get to that in analysis of future episodes.

I don't agree that Ghost Hunters is boring at all. I like the fact that Ghost Hunters is a lot more realistic in this paranormal field. PRS does make this seem more fictatious than anything. That's why I like Ghost Hunters better because their scientific evidence (that they show at the end) does put me on edge.

Has anyone actually caught on to the fact that this show has NEVER produced any visual evidence of the Paranormal? This show is for entertainment purposes only, they are trained actors and it is put to shame by shows such as Ghost Adventures, which is lead by the most humble and honest of paranormal investigator's on TV.

If you are into the Paranormal, Ghost Adventures is the show for you. If you like to scare yourself with fiction, Paranormal state is the show for you.

btw, when they're is stuff that's nt loud enough for us to hear on the t.v or w/e they have to add that effect so we can know what's going on....like the breathing. only the people in the room would hear it, it wouldn't be loud enough for us to hear through the t.v so they have to add that effect on it for us to hear it.
