After I captured a damn nice scene of Caxixis Double Leg, I decided to make a Tutorial for all the guys, who want to learn that cool move...if you watch in High Definition ;)!

@maocapoeira yeah maybe i suck - anyway this is not meant to be a capoeira tutorial but a tricking tutorial. learning it from a running setup is the easiest way. i am, of course, able to do an armada dupla from ginga, too.

instead of cursing at me for no reason you should upload your armada dupla tries if you think you can do better
