Hmmm...perhaps you have in mind a cover of the song by "Brush Arbor" or whatever that band might be called. But whenever I Google the lyrics, the original version by the Oaks always comes up. Anyway, the Oaks' version is the only one I'm familiar with.

I heard this version back in the mid 90's on Duets" album. but not sure who sang with Emmylou. it was a great cd but have since lost it... Charlie is doing okay .still holding the notes quite well
