I remember how sad I was in 1967 when I read in the New York Times that the world's Scarlett had died - but, she lives on in her movies and photos and, I'm certain, smiles on the new generations of admirers. She was the one actor I so much wanted to meet when I was young.
Vivien Liegh and Gene Tierney are my favorite actresses of the Studio era. Gene had done a few Vogue spreads one during the run of "The Male Animal" on broadway 1940 when she was just nineteen. How did you find your pictures?
