You clearly haven't watched many I can agree that some must be like that however the majority of anime series I have watched do not have the problems you listed. Plus if you mean any of the Studio Ghibli I can see where your coming from i wouldn't say they are masterpieces but you can't just group an entire genre together like that.

I have seen plenty of anime and the vast majority of them are all the same. They are filled with bad voice acting, bad editing and bad direction. When someone makes a decent anime film it's hailed as a masterpiece.

I don't think so many Anime/Manga have very interesting story arcs some more so than anything I have ever seen in any other type of media watch something like Fate/Zero or Full Metal Alchemist and see if you still think their story telling is bad.

meh, I dont mind Anime, but its over saturated now. And turning X-men into anime is stupid. Like too many anime's these days, the characters were way too whiny. It isnt emotional depth either, its just whiny. I expect that when watching alot of japanese anime, not X-men though. Only good X-men animation was the 90's cartoon. Evolution was ok, and this anime was terrible.

mmm not really. They are good at animating their own style, they are horrible at trying to animate western comics though. This x-men anime sucked, as did the batman anime that was done aswell.
