This is a brief video clip of my MIA search expeditions for US personnel who disappeared on the "Hump" route in the China-Burma-India theater during WW II.
I conduct annual search expeditions to this remote area in the far eastern end of the Himalayas to locate and recover these US remains from 65 years ago. Hundreds of US aircraft crashed while flying over this treacherous air route during WW II. The terrain is so remote and rugged that the US government only succeeded in finding and recovering a tiny percentage of these MIA US personnel during the war. The vast majority of these US airmen and their US military passengers were essentially "written-off" as being unrecoverable due to the terrain challenges in reaching the crashsites.
So far, these search expeditions have been self-funded by myself, but I can really use some outside funding. Please visit my website at http://www.miarecoveries.org to learn more about this humanitarian project, and see how easy it is to support this project in a meaningful way.
