  • @chcwtf. Are you saying that Paramedics should be able to carry out the procedures to stabilise a patient that currently only Doctors can perform before transport to a suitable Hospital? Or save the Doctors intervention until Hospital which may be an hour + after sustaining critical injury/injuries and by then the patient under the care of a Paramedic is so far down the dying process that there’s little that can be done by Doctors when they get to a suitable Hospital.

  • As a Londoner it disgusts me that this essential service is a charity. This service should be fully funded by central government, I personally would not mind paying more income tax to fund it, still you can't expect the Labour government or any party to give a damn about such things.

  • thank you for posting these amazing vids!!!!

  • @leegt5 RSI which was performed in this video could easily become a Paramedic skill. After all Paramedics can intubate .CCP's performed around 49 last year, none required any further interventions by the Doctor on scene. Just a case of Doctors dictating pre hospital care practice. If you read the SecAMB CCP it is reported that paramedics under some circumstances have fewer deaths due to trauma than Doctors. Hospital is the place for seriously ill people.

  • check my channel

  • thank you for the series.

    -emt from the states

  • Awesome job guys and girls...highest regards to you all - thank you :)

  • Amazing what people do to save a life.

  • @chcwtf epic fail.

  • @philcald They've secured a £1.4m investment :)

  • how can you cross a road and not see a big red bus

  • @chcwtf You haven't got a clue about what you are talking. If such is the case.. why is it that helicopter based medicine is practiced all over the world ? Are you talking fancy just because you are a paramedic maybe ?!! EMT cannot lern in a couple of years what a dr has lerned in 10. ( college and rezidency ). And for another perspective .. if you want to hear it from someone in the AE depp. You cannot rush an emergency from the scene to the hospital because you would crowd any working system!

  • no matter if these trained professionals seek the adventure of being able to deliver essential trauma care, this is still an important service in london and i praise the hard work not only by the medic one team ,but all paramedics.good job and excellent vids!
