Thanks! Does the waist on yours swing around like mine? Is it suppose to do that? If so, what purpose does it serve? I think the addition of the new lights makes a big difference, and I hope it shows through in my videos.

OK - got the review shot and up on my channel. Take a look at how the waist snaps into place which should prevent the loose nature of it and make it nice and tight. Also, note that the leg wheels pivot all the way to the inside (on a spring) which lets the grey pieces lay nice and snug.  Hope this helps! Looking forward to seeing more reviews!

I don't think it does - it snaps into place which makes the waist a bit more stiff. There is still swivel, but I don't recall it being loose after you snap it down. I'll get the review done this weekend and look at the waist to be sure my memory serves me right. I'll let you know when it's up. The lights make a huge difference! I started using a giant video light with white leds, and then brighten even more in editing. I shoot with an iPhone 4 on a tripod and LEDs on a high tripod above head
