My first real go at nitrocellulose.
It's made from organic 100% cotton balls. The nitration acid was made from KNO3 and H2SO4.

Crank the volume up and you'l hear how energetic that was! It made a nice THUMP!

  • Yea that probably made ALOT of difference.

    Then how do you explain that when I fluff the NC enough and burn it on the table I get the same thump?

    Nice film canister shells btw. LOL

  • the ''thump'' was there only because you used a glass

  • And how would a flat glass surface cause a thump any more than a metal or wooden surface?
