  • I love the hummm in the background ...

  • @Thet3 me too :)

  • clever! thanks!

  • Thank you Mooji, I have learnt a lot from you.

  • @TopTrumpGaming Why not have mind as allie though, as cheerful servant. Even tho Tolle is a convincing salesman and a touching one at that, he still wears his suffering on his person it seems, no matter what he says. Depressed around the edges.

  • @utube3215 This basic truth you speak of has been and is a sticking point for me as well.

That said, what this leads me to so far have two aspects: One, pain can be exp'd directly w/o resistance, conceptual anticipation/fear/memory of it or even denial. Then it is a matter of compassion as well as curiosity & learning in the pain. Then, pain is pain whether short or long.

Two, so much as question is enveloped in seamless recalling who we really are.

Let me know if don't get it.

  • thank You

  • @utube3215 if you got put into a blender that would be your body not you ! when your body is NO more you still exist . you never end . and no you dont suffer your body does you cant becouse you are not your body but yes you may think you are !but in real truth you cant.

  • You suffer your experience...how noble...please tell this to someone bleeding to death or getting crushed in a blender...how do you not suffer that experience. Tell me how to turn off my brain's suffering mechanisms, both emotionally and physically, and I will be happy. Until then, this is all just talk...people wouldn't need drugs for pain and emotional suffering if you could just turn them off...
