A 15 rep set of plyometric power-over pushups using a 5kg medicine ball. I haven't done these in a long time and I am rusty. Next time will be better.

  • whats the benefit of using a ball instead of a stationary object to do this?

  • Greater challenge due to greater instability.

Not my best performance at this as I didn't get good hand placement on the first rep and it kind of haunted me for the rest of the reps.

cant you just use a basketball or football to do this shit?

  • Is this not very bad for the joints in your wrists?

  • nice, i like this exericise and been doing it for awhile too.

  • This is a recipe for injury if i have done this exersice i could totally fuck up my shoulder (its fucked up anyways)

  • after about 6 or so, try putting both hands on the ball and doing a push up from there, then back to alternating.

  • In another exercise video, I heard a boxing trainer say that this particular exercise was for hand speed, but I just can't see the connection.

  • very good job man! Strong!

And the haters just shut the fuck up fat ass idiots.. sittin behinde pc all the long and just talking shit.
