it's okay, but i have some criticisms. you over-enunciate every word, get some flow going and it will sound more lyrical and less like an answering machine has been programmed to sing it.
you also need more hesitations and pauses, slip your words around the beat rather than methodically on it, it is as if you're playing to a metronome.
also your american accent is annoying on the word heart. don't try to strangle the r with the sides of your mouth, give it some space and it will flow.
