TAKE MY HAND TONIGHT CH.1

Ok, so i had you guys vote on which of the 3 stories you wanted. i got tons of messages and comments so thank you but it was pretty much a tie. since there was no clear winner, i randomly picked one. i chose the 3RD one. after a few chapters ill start one of the other stories also. thanks! heres the story:

Emma- 16; junior in high school. Brown hair, blue eyes. Very pretty. Very popular. Random and crazy at times.
Nick jonas- 16; junior in high school; hes very quiet and shy.[not famous] Everyone knows who he is but the "snobby popular" kids don't like him because, honestly because their jealous, but they say because hes too quiet and weird or whatever. I don't know. Does that make sense? anyways.
Joe- 18
Kevin- 20
[they are the same age except nick because I wanted him to drive :)]

Emma is a part of the populars but nick is one of her best friends and has been since forever. They are neighbors. Her friends are always asking why she talks to him and stuff but shes not like them and she actually cares about who people are and not who they seem to be. So we start off with emma and nick walking in the hallway talking and laughing. She's pretty much the only one he talks to because their school is full of snobby rich kids. Nick is heading to class and emma has lunch.

N: I gotta go to class
E: ok, see ya after school.
N: okay. Bye.
Like I said, they are neighbors and they live pretty close to the school so they just walk home together every day after school. Emma goes into the cafeteria and sits down at her usual table. Mike is one of the guys in her group of friends.

M: why were you walking with jonas earlier in the hallway?
E: uhm nick. because, hes my friend.
M: why?
E: I don't know. He's nice and down to earth.
M: you shouldn't hang out with him.
E: and why is that?
M: people will start talking, do you want that?
E: I don't care what people think
M: you should

Emma just gave up and stopped the conversation and continued eating her lunch when one of the girls in her little group, Abyy, came up and sat next to her. She's the least snobby one out of the other girls.

A: hey em
E: hey abbs, whats up?
A: nothing. You coming to the movie with everyone tonight? [its Friday]
E: ya, I guess so
[bell rings, and they go to class; at the end of school nick is sitting out front by the school statue]

E: [walks up] hey nick..ready?
N: yeah lets go
[on the walk home]
N: so what are you doing this weekend?
E: I guess im going to a movie tonight, you?
N: I don't know, joe wants to build a skate ramp for the backyard
E: that's so random...is he gonna try and build it himself?
N: yeah, he wants me to help
E: wow, you have to tell me when it's done and I want to watch the first person try it and see if it stays up
N: haha. Will do
E: here we are. I guess ill see you later [hugs him] bye nick
N: bye em
[emma goes in her house and sees her little sister, Haley who is seven, watching TV; her parents are at work]

this is just build up. look for chapter 2!
