I broke my leg three weeks ago and I've been getting these terrible pains in my left hand. I think I have my left hand adjustment too high so I've lowered it a notch. Thanks for your video! I see you have helped lots of people with this small video. Thanks and take care!

@LizziesAnswers I love skillet also. Its ironic. One day after watching this I got fracture in my foot and in my ankle so now I have to use crutches. I guess this vid is relevant to me after all! lol

this was really helpful and today was my first day and its good im not the only one having problems like this and a good tip is also when you put your arms straight the hndle should be at your wrist and thats also how you can tell the proper placement and crutch height is weird because i put 6'4 but 6'2 is better- get better and i broke my foot -.- ...great video thank you

@Themanhero100 yeahh, the cutch height recommendation thing is really weird! I'm 5'7'', but used the 5'10'' crutch height. I'm FINEE & healed now, haha. It's been about three months since I've been walking normally. I hope your foot heals quickly & healthily!

@ICGodsGrace This REQUIRES a video. My favorite band EVER is BarlowGirl. I am OBSESSED & I'm actually wearing a BarlowGirl shirt right now!
