Sorry, but thumbs in the air makes no sense to me. Bad advice and poor grip for firing a .45 acp cartridge from a small pistol like the Colt New Agent.

@shotgunkevin, you don't have to be a douch about it man. Between the two grip styles it seems thumbs forward would give her a better grip on the gun. That thing just about bounced out of her hand. Thumbs forward along the gun, fill in the gaps and it will stay better. Just my opinion.
