Please join me.....this is a self study course......the Workbook includes 365 lessons, one for each day of the year.
It is not necessary to do the lessons at that rate....you may take as much time as you like........days, weeks......the choice is yours.........the Instructions urge us to not do more thatn one lesson a day thought......you need the time to let your ego steep in this and make the little changes needed so there's no undo stress and strain.
The emphasis is on the experience.....the doing and the practicing.

We can start off the New Year with one simple Choice. "Yes I can!"
Choose what you want to spend your time on.

Your very welcome,I NEVER did go thru the course from beginning to end,even though I've been reading & practicing for the last upteen years.

I've also been AMAZED at how much the verbal and written reinforcement as well as following the recommended sequence coupled with consistency has made a difference! Whew,It's definitely worth it.

Good luck with the lessons. I went through them once....took about a year and a half. I want to do them again.  Thanks for posting these videos.
