The wrap-up of my initial introduction to the teachings as expounded in the book that has been influencing and guiding my life since my teenage years Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior. I hope it is of benefit to you, and once again I alert you to the fact that for a fuller understanding of these teachings please consult a center in your area where many qualified teachers can assist you directly in your meditation practice and understanding of these deep wisdom teachings.
