@o7levi I think it's best to mix it up. You prevent your body from plateauing and hitting a wall by changing the routine every couple weeks.

2 secs up 2 secs down? Pause at top of movement 1 and bottom also!
Concentrate of the main muscle contracting
2^1Rest2Down1Rest is not written in stone...good place to start though
Basically just make sure your doing it under complete control and do not use body movement to sway or lift the weights. Take it slow! If its too heavy to do a strict lift...lighten the load!

just grab a pair of dumpbells on a bench and execute the exercise shown on the video but open up ur arms wider thats what i do and it works :D

I have incorporated this exercise into my routine, but I'm sticking with 25's NOT 60's. Ughhhhh. It's a killer workout!
