The V-18 is designed with a deep-V hull which helps smooth out the ride. In addition, her wide beam helps her stability out on the water, and with a functional layout everything you need is close at hand.

  • un monstre tros bo

  • @multiBaldEagle

I agree with you also The fisher sv is vary similar. I really like this boat, I even sold these boats for Tracker a few years back and after I got one myself it was amazing what this boat can do. I have even had it on Amistad with 4 foot rollers and the boats beam is so wide that you really feel safe. The live well worked great never lost a fish. Wouldnt expect that from tracker in someways but it outperformed my expectations.

  • @toadslinger ....I own a Fisher Marine SV-18-GT, I bought in the late 80s. It performs great with my 115 Evinrude. It's very similar to this boat and I love the way it gets up on top and runs on the back 1/3 of the bottom like a much more expensive glass boat!

Lighter weight, easier to tow, and gets into shallow water better than a glass boat.

  • Fast hole shot !!!!!

I guide for a living in Texas

I have had my self about 180 lb another about the same and a 300 pound man all in it during a recent guide trip while my other boat was getting new electronics so its a good boat just look it over very well bet\ween the z7 and this boat I would go with this boat. if you can send me yoyr email I could go through specifics

    T

  • @toadslinger ya i will probably go with the 115..cant afford the 150...the price of the 150 is the same or close to the z-7....im glad you told me about the steering and handling rough water..but you didnt comment on the hole shot...i awesome it is slow...anway thank you for your time..

  • It will flat haul as* with a 150

its up to you.....The carpet was the only thing I had trouble with but Tracker fixed everything on the boat for free Please keep notes and always get it serviced by them.

Tell them anything the boat needs and they have ALWAYS made it right !!

If you dont have 40000 for a new boat but can spend 18-20 I love this boat

  • @n4sir804

it runs great if I where to anything to the boat I would get hydrolic steering added

sea star pro or something like that depending on your budget. It runs great with the 4 stroke 115 get unreal gas milage

But as I said if you do get one make sure to upgrade to either a 150 merc or 115 does well but upgrade the steering also make sure you go 24 volt on the trolling motor with a gator Mount you will thank me later for it!!!! Handles big water fine!!!

  • @toadslinger thannk you...how did the boat run with a 115...does it handle rough water ok...stable platform? hole shot

  • @n4sir804

Yes I have one and yes it will support 24 or 36 volt

I have the 150 and I also have ran the 115 on the same boat

I have triton pro xs 250 on it, it works great but you need a 24 volt or 36 yes you can get a gator mount to go on it. Its an awesome boat and has caught just as many if not more than my bigger boats

  • i was interested in this boat but i hope someone can help me on this...with the read batts. in thier own compartment does this mean you cant put a 24volt trolling motor. also was the speeds given with the 75hp merc. doesnt anyone know the speeds with the 150 hp.
