your view of Sabbath describes mentality of Scribes and Pharisees for they use the Sabbath for themselves not knowing that it is LAWFUL to do good on the sabbath according to a greater Rabbi, Matthew 12:12, doing the will of GOD. If your mother fell down from her bed or a staircase, would you not use a bandaid, bandage her leg, lift her up, pick up the phone and call for an ambulance or hire a cab driver (making him work or you)? Judaism does not UNDERSTAND how to truly keep the SABBATH

That last video was surprising but I'm not sure why it should be offensive to anyone.I have an English translation of the Mishnah and I recall the Rabbi's discuss about a sword on the Shabbat, whether it was an offense or an ornament.But today to me it would seem to be a measure to possibly save a life.There are and have been loss of life recently. Anyway Thank You for your help and for your insight it is appreciated.

i remember you said something about christians being lied too, i disagree i beleive the jews are still blind to a spiritual war thats going on, god is a spirit and the secrets of the kingdome of heaven is for you(the diciples/gods people)not for them to know (Pharesee's & saducees) jesus spoke in parables for the spirit not for the flesh because jehovah himself is a spirit this is y the jews still fail to accept jesus and dnt understand him cause they still love the power they once had!!!

Rabbi, I have long been uncomfortable with the idea that vegetarianism is a Jewish ideal, even though my family does only eat meat on Shabbat. After all, why would you eat something base and undesireable on the holiest day? Wouldn't you want the food served to elevate? Would love to hear further thoughts on this topic, as it's an argument I've heard elsewhere and have been unable to refute.
