Is it welded in or flanged? We are trying to put this setup on a golf but we want it to pass inspection. So we figured either after a cat or make the cat and dump interchangeable do we can put the cat on for inspection once a year.

@drunkmunkey5311 - No first or secondary cat.
3" DP direct into 3" Y test pipe.
The cutout section dumps 3", and the rest steps down to 2.5 for the resonated exhaust.
