The confirming of this covenant will begin a final seven-year period ending with the fateful battle of Armageddon. The present dispute over ownership of Jerusalem will son trigger this final battle. When do the final seven years begin? What will the confirming of the covenant be? What is the abomination of desolation? Will the Jewish people build their third temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem? If so, how soon?
