Harjap says he will try to get those men on the show to talk with us. He apologises about his voice, it is a bit low as he got tired speaking in the weekend. If anyone wants to call, they can do, the number is on the screen. He goes to the phone lines and Minder speaks. He says once 14 of us came here and you did our case. Some got caught and some were let to go. He says Mr Gill, himself never left and signed on every week at Solihull. Only once could he not go and was late as he was not very well. They signed him for a month and last week he was working and not involved with the work, he went to pick some stuff up and someone called him a stealer so the police caught him. He told them that he was not working but helping his friend. The police identified me and called the immigration. Now they don't know if I work or sign, I will find out on the 7th. Harjap says did the police call you? He says no, they let me go. Harjap says then there is no problem. He says I have been signing on for a long time, what shall I do, what shall I say about my work. The other problem is my mother is unwell in India. If I have to go, I have my documents and I went to the solicitors and they told me to get some documents from India. If I get these slips, will the immigration let me go? Harjap says yes they could. He says hopefully everything is well in India, if I want to say something about my work, can I do so. Harjap says no, they won't give you permission to work. He says how long will I have to wait. Harjap says they make people permanent after 14 years. He says I won't get permission to work. Harjap says if you get permission to work, then everyone will want it. He says 6 years ago, they said to me my India address is fake. I said no, it is correct. They took my address and then said tell me the names of the people in your village. I gave them the names of the people and you know the address was not right. Harjap wonders and then says I didn't know that but I do now (LOL). If you want to go back, you must give your correct address or there will be problems for you. The man says the address I gave right at the beginning that is my address now. Harjap says then give your right one now. He says if I give it, they want cause problems for me. Harjap says they will send you back, what else will they do. He says if I give it, they won't let me go until the enquiry. Harjap says they will do that, you only safe because you have been signing. He says with the problem with the police, will that cause any problems. Harjap says I don't think it will or they would have kept you. He says so I am now I have heated up. Harjap says that was going to happen (LOL). He says shall I go on the 7th then. Harjap says yes. He says can I fill in an application or request for work. Harjap says you won't get permission to work but they can see what has happened with your case. He says the case was refused and appealed, it all went through you. Harjap says were you caught in a camp. He says yes, you know, 14 of us. Harjap says it is about 5/6 years ago. He says it was around 2002. An English man and black lady said Mr Gill, give us your address and we will let you go. It was only a £200 fine. I have been signing since. Harjap says keep signing. The man says ok. Harjap ends with when the police catch you; you heat up, the best of us (LOL).
