If You Just Try
Telling Me Why
Wise And Old
Still I Know The Sun
And Built Cities
Where The Rivers Run
Telling Me Why
If You Just Try
Just Try Telling Me Why
If You Just Try

Alacazam Put A Sham Down
She Was A Good Hand
Oh Now That She Died
Well I Swear Bye-Bye
She Would Have Tried

  • @deftoast I was at that show! Lord, Tripping Daisy were so horrible.

  • Beautiful song..saw them in Boston 2010 it was amazing of course

  • thats really interesting. did you by any chance meet elliott smith or even know about him then?

  • Great band. Saw them first time for really, cheap - maybe free - at a promotional concert for 94.7 outside the Memorial Coliseum, probably 95? With Face to Face, and the godawful Tripping Daisy. All I really remmember was falling in love with the band, and getting punched in the throat.

  • He is a bit of a Narcissist. We saw them in Denver in 97 for the Come Down tour. After the show he plopped down at the end of the stage and asked us if we had any weed. I did, and lit up and he took my pipe and took off to talk to some chicks. Thanks dude. Still think they are awesome though.

  • this is not true! i know your mother!!!!

    xD xD xD

  • Me again,

Are you in Portland or in Europe? I know the DWs worked with David Bowie for awhile. I'm in Portland and am still looking for musicians! I hold a music degree from Willamette University in Salem (class of 2002) and have played all over the world. I'm 47 years old and am not anything musically right now.

Thanks for responding to my post. If you're in Oregon maybe we can meet.

    Take care,

  • Well, he'd just gave me a weird look-like who did I think I was just walking up to talk to him. He didn't say a word. Thanks for posting this tune. I haven't heard it in 13 years. My God, it's been a long time!
