Kevin Cornell shows us an exercise he likes to super-set with planks 2 to 3 days per week. The "Chinese Arches" strengthen the lower back, gluteus and hamstrings and help with core stability in the lifts.

  • kevin, can you make a video with rotator cuff excersises you normaly do? and what helps to strenghten the rotators, espacially for olympic wl training.....
