YEAH! i think kuja is the best final fantasy villain... he really kill a lot of people... (not like sephiroth that just kill a poor girl ¬¬)

@DevilSoma what about an entire planet (Terra), the four kingdoms of gaia, the killings of the black mages, the queen, the eliodons, his creator: Garland, the fact of use the mist of monsters and the try to destroy the entire universe just for vengance?

Kefka is a nice villain, but too similar to the "Joker" and he only killed a continent and some little towns. [and he did not have a good reason to do it, just cause "hated" everything). Kuja did destroy two entire planets and had a master mind.

@newcanodin if the best FF Villian is the one who kill most people then i dare to say that the REALLY REALLY BEST VILLIAN is KEFKA PALAZZO! (even when Kuja is my favorite!)...( oh yeah by the way Sephiroth sucks!)

To be fair, Kefka (FF6/3) managed to destroy the entire world.

It's even worse when you argue about other factors like who can take the most damage.

no kefka was the most efective villan... he reduced the world to ashes and instaled himself as god over the servivours.

But Ultimecia did more than any other FF villain. We may not have seen her do it but that doesn't mean it doesn't count. Like I said, she manage to conquer her world. No one else even got close to that.

Ultimecia wins when it comes to comparing accomplishments, though. She actually managed to conquer her world/time. The closest anyone else has gotten to that before or since was Yu Yevon terrorizing Spira for a thousand years.
