I do enjoy his chinked-out r&b much more than his older stuff and yes, from that perspective I'm a fan. Sorry, but I just don't like this performance in particular.

This guy was performing at a concert. It is common for artists to perform other people's songs at concerts. He has come up with a completely new style called "Chinked-out" which mixes Chinese traditional opera or ethnic folk music with R&B and Hip-Hop. I call that a pretty good representation.

I agree that there's nothing wrong w/ singing US songs at a concert, but it simply looks like any asian guy singing karyoke at some bar saturday night. NEwayz, I'm american but I will always be viewed as "simply asian" to any white person, so my point is that we need stronger representation. "Asian pride worldwide"

it's nothing wrong to sing a US song , it's a popular song and it's fun so why not besides he's american born chinese so a part of him is american

Why do asian artists perform US hits at their concerts?!! At least he could have done something original with this song instead of simply singing it. I'm a fan, but this is cheesy.
