All pocket beagles really are is beagles that have been bred to be under 13". They average in size from 9-12", and they weigh on average from 10-20lbs full grown.

A pocket beagle is the same as a beagle. Are they are is beagles that are bred to be well under the 13" size. Beagles come in 2 sizes according to the AKC, 13"-15", and under 13". The pocket beagles are under the 13". They are just Beagles bred small, thats all. But you have to be sure they are free of problems before u breed. Many times the small beagles will come with health problems if not carefully screened prior to breeding. So you need to make sure there are no problems first.
